Nice but bad location, very empty

The room was fine, deco was a bit dated but it was a nice room. Plenty of space and the bathroom was nice.

The shower was really weak, location wasn’t good. Took about an hour to get into Bangkok from the area with a grab car. Breakfast was very basic but did the job

The measure problem the location is so far from the centre.

The stuff we’re kind. The price was reasonable.

The location is so far from everything except 7-Eleven store and it’s hard to navigate. The room wasn’t as good as it was in the picture.

Great staff and cozy fitness centre made my stay a very happy and healthy one.

All the staff from the porter, front desk to restaurant staff were super friendly. We had to change our check out date and the front office did this without too much hassle and no charge.

The breakfasts could've been better with more english meal options. We did like the thai options but some dishes too spicey.

The swimming pool and breakfast was lovely. The beer garden was a plus

The restaurant was very nice, lots of different supricing food and nice people

Staf at reception spook poor englisch orderd a taxi when we said not and looked very angry when we did’n except it. In de shower there was not clean.

Excellent value for money. Clean, friendly, and good location for airport and JJ market.

This is the first review I’ve ever left for a hotel and the Cinnamon Residence is certainly deserving of a great review. Excellent value for money, great location between don Muang airport and JJ market. Helpful friendly and very polite staff. Room was spacious, clean and very new. Bed was super comfortable. The value for money was excellent, we upgraded to a suite for very little more money and were delighted with how clean and comfortable the room was. I assume it’s a relatively new hotel as it was near perfect.

I struggle to think of a dislike but if I’m super critical, The breakfast could have been slightly better. It was perfectly adequate to get you up and out the door, but a little more of a selection such as pancakes, cereals, some pastries/danishes and more of a selection of fruit and yoghurt. As I said, it was sufficient, but we did have more choice in other hotels we stayed in.

all for group tour. a crowd of people at the breakfast, run out food, too nosy like a night market bad noisy proof, can heard every sounds even some customer conversation, ran , jump at the hall on 3am i complaine to hotel everyday but they didn't care i stay 4day All day terrible like nightmare

When we arrived our accomodation was closed and we came into this hotel. The staff was very handful and kind, they made a few calls to help with our reservation. They figured out that our original accomodation stop running the business, so we booked a room in this hotel. The room was very nice and clean.

Good room and staff.

I was booked both room types were Deluxe Double Room and Executive Suite. The Deluxe Double Room is OK and The Executive Suite is amazing, I loves it. All of staff are very nice and help full for us.

The location isn't OK because it was far and a road from front of Vipavadee 42 road into the hotel are dark in the night but you can get motorcycle taxi. If you want to walk but in the day is OK. I don't like breakfast because it have only Asian food.
